A Leading Economic Indicator — Tooth Fairy’s Prices Go UP

The new leading economic indicator, Tooth Fairy’s prices.

My grandson let his mother know this morning that, although he didn’t believe in the tooth fairy, he thought that tooth that just fell out should bring him $18 from the tooth fairy.

That’s certainly a sign of serious inflation. I can remember that 10 cents was big money for my tooth fairy.
